What is Mobile Anesthesia Suite?
Mobile Anesthesia Suite is a charting and documentation platform for mobile anesthesia teams. It is focused on case readiness, mobile-friendly charting, PDF generation, secure storage, and handoff workflows.
Is W Chart the product?
W Chart is the first app inside Mobile Anesthesia Suite. It focuses on the anesthesia record itself. The larger suite can grow around scheduling, intake readiness, storage, billing handoff, and team workflow.
Is this a full EHR?
No. The product is intentionally narrower than a full EHR or hospital anesthesia system. It is built for the documentation flow mobile anesthesia teams actually need in the field.
Access
Can anyone sign up?
No. Early access is reviewed. A request creates a pending review only; it does not create an active account.
Is pricing public yet?
No. Pricing is intentionally not public during this early-access phase. The current goal is to identify the right validation users before locking subscription packaging.
Should I use real patient information?
Use sample data unless your invitation and environment specifically approve clinical use. Do not include patient information in requests, screenshots, or support messages.
Security and storage
How does storage work?
The current validated path includes provider-controlled Box-connected document storage and PDF generation. The website itself does not collect patient information.
What happens without WiFi or cellular access?
The product direction accounts for mobile conditions: cached app shell behavior after first load, protected local chart storage, a local PDF or offload queue, and sync once connectivity returns.
Is there an App Store app?
Companion app work is private validation for now. The product is being positioned as a web subscription first, with native app distribution added only if it helps the workflow.
